About Me

Hello and welcome! 


I'm Chloe, a certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) focused on helping both children and adults feel their best. 


Having spent many years working in the fashion industry before training in CBH, I understand the varied demands and stresses of working life, while being a mum of two young girls means I’m familiar with the complexities of parenthood. 


As someone who has experienced personally how hypnotherapy can help with chronic anxiety and stress, I am passionate about helping others to overcome mental blockers and reach their goals. Whether you struggle to speak up in meetings, want to reverse a stubborn habit or are simply looking to feel more confident in your daily life, hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for making permanent, positive changes. 


I’m also trained to work with children and young people, supporting them with challenges like exam anxiety, school refusal and nightmares.


Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is highly researched and evidence-based, offering long-term results that last. As my client, you are in control the entire time, while I act as your guide throughout each session. I tailor each session to your specific needs, as well as empowering you with coping strategies and techniques you can use in your day-to-day life.
